Your privacy and security are our priority. We want you to feel confident when providing personal information through our platform.
Here’s how we protect your data:
- No AI Data Sharing – Your answers and personal information stay solely within our platform. They are not used to train or feed external applications (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Secure Document Access – Once you complete the Q&A to generate your tailored draft separation agreement (“the Document”), a unique download link (token) is created. This token expires after 30 minutes and cannot be reused.
- Document Delivery Options – We do not automatically email your Document. Because email is less secure, you choose if you wish to receive it by email.
- Automatic Deletion – Your Document, Q&A answers, and personal information are automatically deleted from our system after 90 days.
- Save and Resume Later – If you select this option, a unique URL is generated so you can return to your answers. For extra protection, you choose whether or not to have this URL emailed to you.
- URL Expiry – Any Save & Resume Later URL expires after 30 days. Once expired, your answers and personal information are deleted.
- Continuous Security Monitoring – Our website is regularly updated, maintained, and monitored. We also work with leading cybersecurity experts to help safeguard your information.
- System Safeguards – We run regular audits, vulnerability scans, and use multi-factor authentication as well as firewalls and software updates to protect our systems.
- SSL Encryption – Our website has an SSL certificate, ensuring your connection is encrypted and our identity is authenticated.
- Secure Payments – Payments are processed through an encrypted gateway. Credit card details are never stored on our servers. We are fully PCI DSS compliant to reduce fraud risk.
- Trusted Communication – If we need to reach you, we will first send an email from support@paperadvocate.com.au before calling you within 24–48 hours.
